Dear PCM Members,

We are hereby giving notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held on Wednesday, 3rd February 2021 at 18:30.  Given the current Covid-19 situation, this year we will be holding our AGM online.  An invite for the online event will be sent out closer to the date.

Any members interested in contesting any of the undermentioned committee positions are kindly requested to submit their nominations by email to secretary@porscheclubmt.com by end of the day on Monday, 1st February 2021.

  1. President
  2. Vice President
  3. Club Secretary
  4. Treasurer
  5. Events Manager
  6. Classic Car Manager

All nominations should contain the position and the names of the person you wish to nominate for that position.   Should you be applying for a position yourself, please indicate the position you wish to apply for and put the Porsche Club member seconding your nomination in CC to your email.

Voting shall be held for the contested positions only, and only members who have paid their membership for 2020 will be eligible to vote.
